Welcome November!

And since November birth flower is chrysanthemum, I had to share some pictures of one of my favorite flowers.

My kind of rose

I am not a fan of roses. I think there are a lot of other flowers more beautiful, more delicate, and more aromatic.

If I have to choose a rose, this is my kind of rose. It’s the rosehip flower. I couldn’t picked from the ones that I have saved on my laptop, so I have put them all. 🙂

Are’t they just beautiful?

Peonies or roses

Originally I thought those are peonies flowers. That was the main reason why I have saved the picture. Then I looked more carefully and I noticed they are actually roses. 🧐

Did you notice from the very beginning the flowers were roses?

I like cactus. My mother doesn’t. But since she is a sweetheart, she sent me a picture with a beautiful bloomed cactus from a friend.

What can I say – such a nice mom, and such a beautiful cactus! 🌵

P.S. Did you know that it is not an easy thing to determine the plural for cactus?

Cacti is the Latin plural of cactus, and some writers use it in English. Cactuses is the English plural. Dictionaries list both, and neither is right or wrong. Also, like many names of plants, cactus is sometimes treated as plural.  🌵🌵🌵
