  1. May 07 – done this reverse plank for 15 seconds. Believe it or not – I found it a little hard. After 5 minutes or so, I can still feel a little burn on my belly. Maybe this one is working, if I will continue and increase the duration.
    Well, time will tell.
    Next update will be tomorrow.
